part of the Bible was wtreitn during a time when people died all over the place because of disease. It calls laying with another man, as with another woman, an abomination because the Jews needed to populate or they would have died out. It's perfectly logical. And Sodom and Gomorrah? Raping trespassers was a way of embarassing them and proving dominance. It was done to everybody, male or female, and was nothing more than a cultural sort of thing.I can't believe gay marriage isn't legal yet. There's a separation of church and state here. No matter what it says in the Bible, it should have NO EFFECT on how things are run and what laws are made.
